NITP, Inc. was established in 1984 and is devoted to Federal workforce planning and learning through educational seminars.   Having been in business now for more than 33 years, we have trained over 600,000 Federal employees about Federal benefits plus financial and retirement planning.   While we are based in Rockville MD, our seminars and webinars are conducted throughout the United States.   In 2016 alone, we presented more than 600 events to 50+ Federal Government agencies, our only client.

Our Team

Our presenters are all Subject Matter Experts and include Federal Benefits Specialists, Certified Financial Planners, Certified Public Accountants, attorneys, coaches, health experts and transition planners. Most of our speakers have taught for NITP for over 15 years.
