Course Length: 1 day or approximately 6-7 hours of instruction time

What You Will Learn: Employees should not wait to plan their retirements. FERS employees especially need to understand the three tiers of planning a successful retirement: FERS basic system, the TSP, and Social Security. This class will provide the basic information needed so that employees can maximize their options. It also includes in-depth discussion of the TSP. The instructor will explain the new funds, how to move funds, explain obtaining a loan, how to obtain your TSP information, and how to invest beyond the TSP.
